I’ve been passionate about the fitness industry for over 30 years. I grew up buying “Muscle & Fitness”, “Ironman” and “Flex’ magazines each month. When I started my work life there was no such thing as a Personal Trainer. There was only the person who owned and ran the gym or the aerobics instructor, so I went into the building industry and built up a company in that field. After 25 years in the building industry, I moved in my area of passion Training and Coaching people for their health and fitness goals.

Recently, I set the APL Powerlifting Australian record for Masters 110kg Bench Press
I have had regular spot on 89.9 Light FM, on the Lucy & Kel Breakfast Show, as health and fitness advisor
I’ve prepped many competitors for Bodybuilding, Fitness/Bikini Models and Powerlifting including 2019 Vic Overall Fitness Competitor and U23 Vic ChampionI’m a qualified Personal Trainer and have a Powerlifting Coaching Certificate, amongst other qualifications
I’ve set up a successful ‘in person’ PT Studio/Fitness Community with hundreds of clients coming through over the years, with all types of goals from sports specific training, weight loss, muscle gain, bodybuilding & modelling stage, powerlifting, mobility, rehab and general fitness
